Well-balanced flavors of dark berries and plums. Spicy fruit finish.
My Review:
This wine has a dark bloody crimson color and a strong alcoholic fruit nose, like kirschwasser soaked cherries. Upon tasting, this wine has noticeable smoky/oakiness to it, which I don't mind. There are still little notes of fruit, specifically raspberry and blackberry, so the smokiness didn't completely overpower the fruit. The wine is tannic and finishes with a lasting dry/tannic end with notes of berries. This wine is honestly quite nice. 80-81/100
