Shop/wine critic/winery review:
Our South Island Riesling has a range and combination of flavors unlike any other. These flavors span citrus, root ginger, white peach, spices and florals. eco.love Riesling is made in balance to an off-dry style. Food Pairing: Asian Fusion, Seafood, Curry, and anything spicy

My Review
This wine presents a nice honeyed-gold color. The nose presents honey, citrus, and something sharp, petrol perhaps(?). This wine gets more complicated upon tasting. There is a nice dry/sweet balance, but the flavors are all over the place. There are hints of floral, some sour fruit (perhaps fruit that's starting to go bad), and a sharp bitter finish. There might also be some citrus and vegetal hints too, but it's hard to clearly identify. Going back to the sour fruit, it's like, if you have ever had a raspberry that's just starting to go bad, there's that sour not-right flavor to it. Well, if you removed the raspberry flavor from that raspberry, and only the sour not-right flavor was left, that's what you'd have here. It's an odd mix, and it's just not very great. I am obviously not a fan of this Riesling. 71/100
