Shop/wine critic/winery review:
This Cabernet Sauvignon shows very good purity of fruit and skillful winemaking. This wine is full of black-fruit aromas, depth and style. The palate pushes ripe plum and berry fruit along with chocolate, and the finish is chewy and correct in terms of tannins and structure.

My Review:
This wine has a dark crimson color, almost like "clean" blood if there were such a thing. The wine is very fruity on the nose with hints of strawberry and raspberry jam. Upon tasting, the wine is tannic, has a fruity start, and a smokey finish. This wine starts like jam on toast and ends like drinking a campfire, but honestly, that's really awesome. 81-82/100
