Vinos de Madrid is a region of Spain not often encountered in the US, while Malvar is considered a regional specialty but remains unknown outside of central Spain. Zesty acidity and tropical fruit make this obscure buy a great food wine.
My Review:
This wine has a clean gold color and is quite clear. The nose is unmistakable tropical fruit, specifically mango. Upon tasting, this wine is smooth, dry, and mildly fruity. This wine was also quite different from what I'm used to, but nice. 78-79/100
